Military OneSource provides resources such as free and confidential counseling in areas such as mental health, financial management assistance, and parenting and relationship help. While a spouse is deployed the partner back home can utilize Military OneSource as a source of guidance and reassurance connecting them with individuals who understand their unique situation and the stressors they face. 

Helpful tools such as online articles, consultants who are available 24/7, and webinars allowing spouses to access assistance anytime that they need. Many spouses feel overwhelmed trying to keep their head above water and ensure that everything gets done while being all alone. 

They also have a section that is specifically for military spousal support which explores career and education resources, relationship resources, and self-care resources. There are vast resources that a spouse can utilize at various times in the deployment as well as when the enlisted member is home.
